Shipping Terms:
Unless we are unable to fulfill the order due to backorders or shortage of an item, all orders are shipped out within two business days. Any order placed on the weekend and/or on a holiday will be shipped out the next following business day. Typically, orders placed before Noon EST are shipped out same day. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and arrive in 2 - 3 business days.

Back Orders:
In the event that your order can not be fulfilled, we will notify you via e-mail within 10 business days with the current order status and available options.

Warranties and Liability
In all circumstances, DiscountPokerSupplier's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. DiscountPokerSupplier will provide a full refund or replacement if the product is defective upon arrival and is subject to inspection by the shipping company. All products are inspected prior to shipping and the decision on returns of defective products is contingent upon the decision of whether damage occured during the shipping process.

Returns (RMA)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it back to us for a refund less a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling. You must contact us within 7 days of the invoice date to process the return. Items must be returned in original packaging and in a salable condition. All shipping charges are the responsibilty of the customer and an appropriate carrier must be used.

Safe Shopping Guarantee:
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
